Nancy Fillip

Course Instructor Nancy Fillip is a passionate, patient and caring instructor with over 40 years of teaching experience in music, arts and crafts, painting, drawing, science, history, language arts, fine arts, and math. Because her interests and expertise are so diversified, she has uniquely incorporated art and science into every other curriculum in some form. Having taught at public middle and high schools for 30 years, she has since changed gears and for the last 10 years now teaches art, crafts, alternative health and music privately at her successful home studio as well as at the Fitchburg Art Museum, Fitchburg State College, and at a private Arts and Creativity Center. She has been actively involved with painting, music, and arts and crafts in some form or other her entire life. Amazingly, she even studied art under the international artist Mauricio Puente and Janet M. Young and was the first female cadet graduate of Norwich University. In her spare time, she has published nine books and authored numerous e-courses.
