What are CEUs?

CEUs stand for "Continuing Education Units". CEUs are the industry measurement of non-credit education. One (1) CEU equals 10 contact hours.

Is Universal Class an Accredited IACET Authorized Provider?

IACET Accredited Provider Yes! Universal Class, Inc. has been accredited as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 1760 Old Meadow Road, Suite 500, McLean, VA 22102.  In obtaining this approval, Universal Class, Inc. has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standard which is widely recognized as the Standard of good practice internationally. As a result of their Authorized Provider accreditation status, Universal Class, Inc. is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standard.

Are CEUs the same as college credit?

No. CEUs are not the same as college credit. They are a measurement standard for non-credit education.

Every course is different. Check the course enrollment screen for details about how many CEUs are available.

Must I complete the course satisfactorily in order to earn CEUs?

Yes, you must satisfactorily complete the course in order to earn CEUs. You will need to score 70% or higher to earn CEUs.
