Course Developer Ben Brumm is a software consultant, advanced application programmer and a certified Oracle expert. He has been successfully consulting and teaching software applications, programming, and database development for over 10 years. After receiving his Bachelor of Computing with a specialty in Databases and Java, he went onto complete several IT diplomas in software and website development, before starting his own successful consulting business (DWS Consulting). He has performed comprehensive work for business intelligence reporting, telecommunications and financial models.

Course Instructor Dave Scarbrough (BA in Personnel Management, BA in Social Work, MCSE) has several years experience as an IT support professional and holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and is Comptia A+ computer repair certified. He has over 10 years teaching Microsoft Office applications.
