Course Description

Crystal Reports is a user-friendly report creation tool created and distributed by SAP.  The program is run on the Windows operating system.  It allows users to easily create and design detailed reports using data from various data sources, such as Excel spreadsheets, Oracle databases, Microsoft Access databases, MySQL server databases, and even local files.   The data that Crystal Reports gathers can be used in a multitude of report types, including list reports, mailing label reports, customer letters, financial analysis, activity, summaries, and much more.

This course is for anyone who wants to learn Crystal Reports.  It doesn't matter if you already have experience with Crystal Reports or are a complete newbie to the software.   We will teach you the program from beginning to end so that anyone, regardless of experience, learns all that they need to know to successfully use the program.

Lesson 2: Getting Started in Crystal Reports
