  • Discuss disabilities in the workplace.
  • Identify generational diversity training needs.
  • Recognize LGBT sensitivity training needs.
  • Describe processes for resolving conflicts that may arise because of diversity issues in the workplace.
  • Demonstrate mastery of lesson content at levels of 70% or higher.
